This website is dedicated to an Angel named Phillip.  From the moment Phillip smiles at you, you will probably  feel as though you have met an angel.  So many people say "He is such an angel" or "I feel blessed to know him" and he has changed the lives and outlooks of so many people around him.  Without him:  the world would be a different place...because even a little rock causes a big ripple.

Please take a few minutes to 'surf' through Phillip's pages... you may learn something about Phillip, life, epilepsy, Cortical Dysplasia, etc. that you didn't know before.  After all, you learn something new EVERY DAY!

PHILLIP - Perfect Happiness In a Little Life: It's Priceless!

It isn't everyday that you get to 'meet' an angel here on Earth, but today is your lucky day!

First, let me introduce myself:  I am Misty, Phillip's Momma and I will be 'caring for' this website, as Phillip doesn't know how :)

Now about Phillip:  he is almost eight years old and looks like your 'typical' kid... but we all know that it is what's inside that counts... and inside, Phillip has lots of problems.  He has been diagnosed with a myriad of 'problems' starting with the biggest:  Cortical Dysplasia which is a brain disorder (I explain more on another page), then there's Epilepsy (which I cover too, on another page), then it's PDD-NOS which is on the Autism Spectrum, Mental Retardation ((AKA - Developmental Delay)) and last but not least:  ADD.  Don't feel bad for him though:  he is happy and healthy and doesn't know that he's any different than anyone else.  A lot of the time, I wish I could be more like him because he LOVES EVERYONE regardless of race, creed, color, and religion!  I truly hope that you learn from his website, and most of all that you feel a little more blessed by 'getting to know' him!

A meeting was held quite far from earth

"It's time again for another birth"

said the Angels of the Lord above,

this special child will need much love

His progression may seem very slow

accomplishments he may not show

And he'll require extra care

from the folks he meets down there

He may not run or play,

his thoughts might seem quite far away

In many ways he won't adapt

and he'll be known as handicapped

So let's be careful where he's sent

We want his life to be content

Please, Lord, find the parents who

will do this special job for You.

They will not realize right away

the leading rold they're asked to play

But with this child sent from above

comes stronger faith and richer love.

And soon they'll know the priviledge given,

in caring for this gift from Heaven -

their precious charge, so meek and mild -

Is Heaven's very special child.
